Helvellyn & All That Crag

Our journey began in 2013, both fresh faced Marines posted to the same Commando unit. You soon build a solid group of mates from the get go. As you’re all further present together through very physically and mentally demanding challenges, an unparalleled and genuine social trust, respect and brotherhood is formed, one that is very difficult to reproduce in everyday life.

Time eventually draws distance between you all but for a select few. From early 2014, George has taken witness to my curiosity with, as well as taken interest in, my commitment to modern image making. He’s put up with my creative distractions on countless occasions, as well as lent his services towards the production of many a photo idea during our years together.

George looks to further develop his passion for film making, combine this with my photography and we’ll soon be collecting the moments and pace of our movement around the old block together. With more trips planned for the coming years, hopefully we can actually be bothered to capture and collect our time in RAW, 4k 120fps.
